"Seller/Buyers can use any or all these sales outlets. Registration is free for all users, and you may upgrade from Buyer to Seller/Buyer or downgrade to Buyer only at any time and as many times as you wish.

Selling Before listing items for sale it is important for any seller to decide which category of seller they fit into. Be that a casual seller wishing to sell unwanted items, someone who wants to run a garage or household clearance sale, a seller who has only very low priced flea market type goods, a seller who has goods normally found in indoor or regular daily open air markets or a seller who has high priced and branded goods only, or a seller who has bulk items or very high priced collectors items or antiques. Listed below are the selling options open to all who wish to sell on Auctions Worldwide.

Standard auctions (All forms of auctions do not carry the Buy Now Feature. They are pure auctions only) These may be run in two different ways. Firstly casual sellers wishing to sell everyday normal run of the mill items, one offs, should use this type of selling. This may cover everything from items surplus to requirements such as a old 3 peice suite to a car. These type of auctions should always be open general auctions for anyone to bid on.

Closed or by invitation only auctions This type of auction should only be used for special items of very high value or those which are of particular interest to certain types of buyers only. Items for this type of auction would include works of art, vintage cars, plots of land, antiques or any item that is of a particular interest to collectors and commercial bulk lots of particular interest to certain industries.. Only those buyers invited by the seller may bid on any listing in this type of auction.

Auction rooms Auction rooms are intended for two different types of auction sales by sellers, who have many items to sell, and who wish to get the highest market price possible from buyers, or for someone like a art gallery who wishes to auction off many antiques or works of art. The latter type of auction can be open or by invitation only. Auction rooms are of particular benefit to sellers who wish to clear out redundant stocks or run liquidation sales and etc. Also a category is covered within the auction rooms for garage or household clearance sales. These can be run as either open general auction rooms, or private by invitation auction rooms. These are very adaptive ways to sell. You as a seller could become a auction site owner within this site. There is nothing to prevent you running your own auctions for other people and charge for that service, thus creating a way of paying for your auction room. You could run your auctions weekly, monthly, quarterly or whatever. This would be a self promotional way to add extra income for yourself. AWW would not charge a FVF for all sales made, but you as a auction room holder could charge say 15 cents per listing and earn extra money that way. The options and choices are simply yours. And you can cut your costs here by joining with other sellers and split the costs and profits between you

High street stores (All forms of stores are Buy Now only and no auctions can be run) These are for the use of sellers who have many high priced and branded only good for sale. They do cover a multitude of products and can run into many hundreds if not thousands of product listings. The items coverd for sale here represent what you would normally find in real world high street stores. They are not intended for the sale of second hand goods or low priced alternatives.

Market hall stalls These are intended for the sale, by sellers who have products that are at the lower end of the high street stores and not high priced branded goods. The product range will cover the same as high street stores and those items you normally find in indoor or open air markets..

The Motor Mart The Motor Mart is a very comprehensive niche’ area to the site covering. It is for listing and selling all items for the road transport industry. Here you will sell anything from Cars to Monster trucks, commercial vehicles, RV’s, Spare parts and all accessories. This are covers Vintage vehicles too.

The Cottage Industries This is also a Niche’ category for the sale of all handcrafted items only. It is not for the sale of mass produced products.

The Antiques and Collectors Fayre The third Niche’ area that is dedicated to Antiques and collectors items only. This does not include Collectibles. You can see the classification from the categories pages on that niche’

The Library Our final Niche’ area that covers every book ever written. There is the full global ISBN available for listings under this section

How to list items for sale The listings procedure is very simple indeed and does not mean pages of input for each item. Firstly all sellers should enter there control panel and complete the preset features box that suites there general information such as payment methods, shipping methods, countries to ship too and etc. By doing this you will shorten your individual listing time to a couple of minutes for each product. You must preset the number of times you wish your items to be relisted. If not you will have to save closed listings and then re submit them again. However, the save feature should always be used as this is the site equivalent to a bulk lister which allows you to list as many items as you choose in one go instead of individual listing. If you are opening your store feature for the first time, keep it in test mode until you have added all your listing and then click on live mode and all your listings will show at the same time. This is a optional suggestion. It is not advisable to use preset templates as this tends to upset the balance of the listing and it may well look skew whiff. Always add at least one image of your product. In the description box you will see the wiysig feature. By using this you can have a very attractive and eye catching listing for buyers to see. Make certain the item description is clear for buyers to understand. Never under price your items for stores and never overprice the starting price for auction listings. In the listings box you will see a html editor. This is defaulted to plain text listings if you do not use html code, the top left button marked html. Next to this is the editor button. By clicking this the wiysig editor takes over. By using all the buttons on the actual editor you can add backgrounds, highlights, pictures within the text area, hyperlinks, in fact everything needed to add colour, background and style to your listings. Its more or less like using a word processor, but much more simple. Experience tells us in which format you should list, whether that be “Buy it Now” Or by “Auctions” or Both. The home page links to each part of the site tells you in which format you can sell. Important information sellers should include. Always fill and complete your “About Us” Page and your Sellers “Terms and Conditions” Page. Make your store or auction room header attractive and full of information that is helpful to buyers. Listings should have at least one Picture showing your product. There must be a comprehensive and detailed description of your item. Always offer more than one payment method. Never overprice your shipping and handling fees. (Our staff have a very in depth knowledge of shipping costs and will delete any listing that carries excessive costs) Sellers should note!! In the stores format for Buy it Now. The site does not list categories. The seller actually creates there own categories to suite there products. In auctions format, there are listed categories and sub categories to suit. We will add to these to suit sellers requirements on request.
